The main benefit is it makes the treatments more accessible because of the affordability. We charge $45 for the initial treatment and $35 thereafter. Frequent acupuncture can aid in speeding up healing. In addition, frequent acupuncture can assist with strengthening the immune response and boosting overall energy and vitality. Stress is a big part of most people lives and we are continually exposed toxins in our environment. Weekly, biweekly or monthly acupuncture sessions can help our bodies and minds in combating some of these influences.

We use a powerful form of distal acupuncture treatment in our clinic. We place our needles in ears, arms from the elbow down and legs from the knees. There is no need for any form of undressing, our only requirement is that loose clothing is worn that allows access to these areas.

The nature of the group setting can have a unique healing energy which benefits all.

Live Blood Analysis provides unique information that lends insight into where your body is and where it is heading. It is both predictive and preventative. By making adjustments to your current approach, healing and health are optimized! Your results and recommendations are accomplished in one session. Follow-up sessions are beneficial to keep you on track and achieve your health goals. Interim support is provided at no charge between appointments.

Live Blood Analysis using Darkfield microscopy reveals the consistencies and inconsistencies, micro-organisms that lurk in the plasma, a compromised digestive system, an overworked liver or poor circulation. It confirms the existence of inflammation within the body therefore validating your aches and pains, and list of uncomfortable and nagging symptoms, however small. Protein absorption and vitamin/mineral deficiencies are evident by the shapes of blood cells and the integrity of cell walls. Just like in a swimming pool, if the pH is out of balance, you end up with a very unhealthy environment.

Cailin Blanchard has been a student of Herbal Medicine for almost 15 years. Originally, she is from Blackfoot Territory, or Calgary, Alberta, and began her learning with the wild plants of the Rocky Mountains, foothills and the prairies there. Completing her studies at Wild Rose College, she is also working on finishing her hours to register as a Clinical Herbalist in BC. Cailin has participated in various retreats, workshops, apprenticeships and the like over the years. She has also taught multiple workshops about foraging, cooking with wild foods, growing and harvesting medicinal herbs, medicine making, and more.

First and foremost, she believes that the deepest transformation comes directly from the plants, as well as connection with the land, Spirit, and our inner creativity. Cailin is very grateful to live, work, and learn on the unceded traditional territories of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples, also known as the Songhees and Esquimalt peoples, as well as the territories of the W’SANEC peoples, and surrounding communities. In working with the living plants on the land, she often reflects on the people who have lived on Turtle Island since time immemorial and have stewarded these lands to help them thrive into their most beautiful. She acknowledges the colonial histories of Herbal Medicine in North America and that Indigenous peoples have generously shared much knowledge with the colonizers, creating the foundation of our knowledge base for native medicinal plants here in Canada.

Trained in both China and Canada, Jun brings a unique, dual-perspective approach to the clinic, bridging the profound wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with a modern clinical understanding of the body. She believes that true health is rooted in a balanced and harmonious internal system and the ability to adapt to the external environment.

A Specialized Clinical Approach - Applied Channel Theory: Jun’s clinical work is informed by Applied Channel Theory. This specialized system, based on the teachings of Dr. Wang Ju-Yi, utilizes channel palpation to identify physiological changes in the body’s meridian system. By examining the channels for specific diagnostic signs, she works to develop a treatment plan that addresses the underlying patterns of disharmony. This precise, results-oriented method allows her to provide focused and effective care, particularly within the community acupuncture setting
